Probably the most common trailer failure we see. Years of load cycling cracks the weld where the spring hanger meets the frame rail. We grind out the old weld, straighten if needed, reinforce with an additional plate or brace, and lay a fresh D1.1 quality weld.

Cracked Trailer Frames

Frames crack from fatigue, overloading, or impact. We assess the crack, grind it out back to clean metal, and weld — often with a fishplate or gusset to prevent the crack from returning. Done on your driveway or job site, never cut-and-transport.

5th Wheel & Toy Hauler Repairs

5th wheel pin boxes, toy hauler ramps, slide rails, bumpers, ladder mounts. We've fixed them all. If the factory weld failed, we'll do it stronger the second time.
