Precision plasma cuts on sheet, plate, and profile — faster and cleaner than torch on thinner material.
Plasma cutting uses an electrically-ionized gas to slice through conductive metal — steel, stainless, aluminum. Compared to the torch, plasma is faster on thinner stock (sheet up to about 3/8″), produces a narrower kerf, and leaves a cleaner edge with less heat distortion.
We bring plasma cutting mobile. Fabrication work, custom brackets, sign letters, sheet metal repair, decorative metalwork, gate and fence panels, HVAC ductwork modifications — if it needs a precise cut and the material is on the lighter side, plasma is the call.
Custom brackets, mounts, flanges. Detail cuts that torch can't match.
Plasma cuts non-ferrous metals cleanly (torch doesn't). Stainless railings, aluminum toolboxes, food-service equipment.
Sign letters, gate panels, garden art, custom shapes. Plasma leaves a clean edge that needs minimal finishing.
Square tube, angle iron, channel — up to about 3/8″. Fast, precise, minimal heat-affected zone.
Above 1/2″ or on thick rusty stock, we'll switch to the torch for the job. Below that, plasma is almost always the better call.
If you're choosing between the two: plasma wins on thin material, clean edges, and non-ferrous metals. Torch wins on thick plate, rusted/painted material, and field work where clean power isn't available. We do both — pick the right one on site.
