Torch cutting thick plate, rebar, pipe, and demolition-grade metal — on site, fast, wherever plasma isn't practical.
Oxy-fuel cutting (the torch) is the right tool when material is too thick, too rusty, too painted, or too remote for plasma. Plasma is faster on thin steel, but when you need to cut through a 2-inch plate, sever rebar embedded in concrete, or carve apart a piece of scrap in the middle of a field with no clean power — you want the torch.
We bring the full oxy-acetylene rig mobile. Clean cuts on thick steel. Gouging. Rosebud heating for stuck bolts, rusted pins, or bending heavy metal. Demolition work.
1/2″ and up to multi-inch plate, beams, channels, angle. Torch handles the thickness that maxes out most plasma units.
Concrete demolition, anchor removal, protruding rebar. Torch cuts fast and works in rough conditions.
Schedule 40 and heavier. Clean sever cuts, bevels for welding, fishmouth cuts for weld-on fittings.
Cutting apart trailers, tanks, equipment, frames for scrap or removal. Work-site demo.
Rosebud heating to free seized bolts, straighten bent equipment, or pre-heat thick sections for welding.
Short version: plasma is cleaner and faster on thin steel (sheet to 3/8″). Torch handles thick material, rusty/painted material, and runs off tanks so it works anywhere. We do both — we'll pick the right one for your job on site.
