Why mobile? Because most of the time, the thing that's broken can't easily be moved. A trailer with a cracked frame can't be towed. A piece of heavy equipment on a job site isn't going to fit on a flatbed for a trip across town. Mobile means we come to the work instead of dragging the work to us.
